「俺がリスクを取る」といった人がそのビジネスに関する決定権を持ち、リーダーになるのです。「リスクを負いたくない」と言って、リスクを取ることを忌避して、決定権を他人に譲った人間はレイバーを担当するしかありません。

ビジネスとレイバーの差は、ですから常雇いか、臨時雇いの違いでも、時給やポストの格差でも、資本金の規模でもありません。

その人が「リスクを取る」という決断をできるかどうか、その一点にかかっています。
